1. Agreement

By using AllRural.au (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any Posting Rules. We may update them with notice on the site — continued use means acceptance.

2. Who We Are

AllRural is an Australian online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of quality rural products (sawmills, turf, tools, boots, machinery, etc.). We carefully select excellent products in each category to help you make the right choice. We are not the seller — we simply provide the platform. All sales are directly between you (buyer) and the seller.

3. Your Account

Must be 18+ years old (or have guardian consent).
Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
One account per person.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

4. Buying & Selling

Sellers: Listings must be accurate, honest, and comply with Australian Consumer Law (acceptable quality, fit for purpose, no misleading claims). Disclose any defects. Australian-made items are highlighted where possible.
Buyers: Inspect descriptions carefully. “Buyer beware” applies to used/second-hand items.
We do not handle payments, shipping, or warranties unless stated. All transactions are between buyer and seller.
We may remove listings that breach our rules or the law.

5. Fees & Payments

Any platform fees will be clearly stated. We may use secure third-party payment providers.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of listings, or that products will be exactly as described.
We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality, or delivery.
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
